1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-1/2 to 4 pounds), cut up and skin removed
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish, place chicken in a single layer. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix and sugar. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
