For Baisan Pakora:
- Half cup gram flour
- Half cup finally chopped onion
- 1 green chili
- Pinch of baking soda
- Salt to taste
For Karhi:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup gram flour
- Water
- salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
For Tarka:
- 4 tbsp oil
- Karhi patta
- Cumin seeds
- Round red pepper
Method:
Mix pakora ingredients together, try to make a thick batter and deep fry them until golden brown.
Blend all the kadhi ingredients together, and let them boil. Stir continuously.
Slow down the flame and let it cook on medium slow heat for about 3 hours. It should have creamy and pouring consistency. Turn off the flame, add pakoras and now it’s time for tarka.
