Ingredients: 
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon butter
3 egg whites, whisked until fluffy and almost firm
1 egg yolk
Approx 20 strands of Chives, finely chopped
Small pinch of micro basil leaves or approx 6 med leaves finely sliced
3 thin slices of Brie

Method:
Warmth oil and spread in container.
Add egg yolk and chives to the firm egg whites. Mix to join.
Fill container and decrease warmth to low warmth.
Cook for 2 minutes before adding cuts of brie to the other side of omelet.
Cook for a further 2 minutes. Include basil, season with salt and pepper and overlay over before serving.
I minimal side plate of mixed greens runs well with this and influences a flawlessly decent breakfast, to lunch or supper.
