Chicken boneless ½ kg
Garlic cloves 2
Black peppercorns 3 – 4
Degi Red chilies 2
Vinegar 1 tsp
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon 2
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Coriander 1 tbsp (crushed)
Salt to taste
Cumin 1 tbsp (crushed)
Oil as required

Onion rings 2
Lemon 1
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Green chilies 2 (chopped)





Boil boneless chicken with garlic cloves and black peppercorns for 5 minutes. Drain the water.

Add vinegar in degi red chilies and boil it.

Add coriander in boiled chilies and grind it.

Mix together chutney paste, tikka masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, cumin, black pepper and some salt.

Marinade boiled chicken with the prepared masala and leave for 20 minutes.

Heat 4 tbsp oil in pan and stir fry chicken until done.

Dish out in platter, garnish with onion rings, lemon, mint leaves and green chilies.
